Quicken Rental Property Manager Mac
- edited March 2017There is no Rental Property Manager for Mac-only a single version Quicken for Mac 2017.
You will likely find that an unsuitable replacement for RPM. - edited September 2017Hi Robert,
Unfortunately, Quicken does not offer a Rental Property Manager version for Mac. There have been others who have requested both the Rental Property Manager and Home and Business versions be made available for the Mac, but as yet, Quicken has not had the opportunity to provide either.
If you would like to add your vote to the list of users that has specifically requested a Rental Property Manager version for the Mac, please see the following IDEA, posted in the Quicken online community:

I gave up on Quicken for Mac. Instead I installed software on my Mac that lets me run Windows 10 simultaneously with OS X. I chose Parallels Desktop but there are other programs that do the same thing. It works really well but it is a somewhat pricey solution since it involves purchasing both Parallels and Windows 10. However, there is a Parallels Desktop Lite app in the Mac App store that you can download for free but it looks like it costs $60 per year for the Windows 10 virtual machine. The regular version of Parallels is available here: http://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/buyd/?full - edited January 2018This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled rental property manager for mac.
I am converting to Mac from PC and have been using Rental Property Manager for years and love it but there is nothing like it for Mac. I have divided my hard drive with Bootcamp on my laptop so that Windows could run on it, but I don't want to do that when I buy my new iMac desktop later this year. Is Quicken planning on releasing this for Mac? - edited August 2018You can add your VOTEforRental Properties Management (RPM) for Mac.
